  1. Measure S

    Measure S is a local commercial marijuana cultivation measure that, if enacted by voters, will help maintain local county services will locally controlled funding.

  2. Measures Q and R

    If passed, Measure Q would consolidate the Treasurer-Tax Collector and the Auditor-Controller in to one department, called the Department of Finance. Measure R would decide whether the director of the Department of Finance would be elected or appointed.

    If passed, revenue from this tax could only be used to fund -Maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of existing transportation infrastructure including trails and transit. -Local match leveraging of state and federal funds for road, trails and transit infrastructure. -Retention of existing commercial air service.

    If approved by a majority of the voters, Measure V would adopt an ordinance to regulate rent increases for spaces in mobile home parks with ten or more spaces in the unincorporated area of Humboldt County.
